Mise à jour de firmware Naim

Et voici venu le tour de tous les anciens streamer.

Affected legacy products: UnitiQute/Qute 2; UnitiLite; Uniti/Uniti 2; SuperUniti; NAC-N 172; NAC-N 272; ND5 XS; NDX; NDS

Naim is launching key firmware updates for its legacy streaming products, including original Uniti systems, streamers and first-generation Mu-so wireless speakers.

These essential updates will ensure the products can continue to stream TIDAL, which has implemented a new login authorisation process that affects older generations of products from many brands, not just Naim. Please note the new TIDAL implementation is also dependent on users running the latest version of the Naim App: iOS 5.22.1 or Android 2.22.1

Following on from the earlier Mu-so 2.0 release, firmware 4.8 is now available for legacy Uniti and streamer products. As well as the mandated TIDAL update, Firmware 4.8 also features a range of other improvements and bug fixes.

If you stream TIDAL via any of the above Naim products, you must now update to Firmware 4.8 or you will no longer to be able to access the service.

TIDAL has implemented a new login authorisation process that affects older generations of products from many brands – not just Naim. Without a software update, TIDAL will simply stop streaming.

Firmware 4.8 does NOT apply to products running versions of Naim software prior to 3.00, or to any product with an n-Link connection. These will continue to function as they do currently – please DO NOT attempt the upgrade, which could stop your product from working at all.

bonjour à tous, rappelez moi, pour mettre à jour mon Qute v1 il me faut un câble c'est ça ? ça ne marche pas avec une clé USB.

Désolé, Juju, si je te t'ai fait une fausse joie : j'ai cherché et ... nada ... j'avais confondu avec un câble RS232 / RS232 ... bref, j'vais encore devoir acheter un câble si je veux ... un jour ... faire la mise à jour de mon Qute !!

Fait ch.er ... ou alors, je le vends ... un package avec Dac V1 et Nap100 qui constituerait un super ensemble ... ferait de la place dans mon placard ... et contribuerait ainsi à financer l'achat d'un Atom ...

Ils en ont profité pour résoudre quelques bugs, notamment liés aux e-radios

Mise à jour faite à l’instant sur le NDS. Toujours aussi flippante cette mise à jour, avec la peur de se retrouver avec un lecteur réseau en panne en plein milieu de la mise à jour
Mais tout s’est bien passé.
Au niveau son, c’est pas pire, peut-être un peu mieux : le NDS est toujours au top
